One Giant Leap

Two years ago I was lying in a hospital bed completely unable to move my leg.

One year ago I was asked to participate in a 5K and I couldn't do it. I volunteered to operate the drink stand at the half way point.

Today I am letting everyone know that I have signed up to run in the 2011 Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure!

This is a 5K event that I'll be doing with some friends from the blogosphere: Andi from Jane of All Crafts and Cassie from Primitive and Proper. (I know there are other girls on our team but I don't know their blog info!)
